How do I track my order?
Please include an email address when completing your order, so we can notify you of your package being shipped and the expected arrival date!
What are your delivery options?
We use USPS as our courier, all orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of us receiving payment. We have a flat rate shipping price of $11.95, which you should receive your package within 2-3 days.

How do I return an item?
To return an item, send us an email to nnhouseofdesign@gmail.com, or give us a call at the boutique. Make sure to include your order number in the email.
The return shipping prices are handled by the buyer, we recommend that you use USPS, and provide us with the tracking number so can be on the lookout for the return.
How can I contact your couriers?
We use USPS as our courier, providing us with an email address will give you the information needed for USPS if you have any questions about your package!
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we not shipping international, please keep checking back with us!!
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to decide if our items are right for you. N & N House Of Design will refund or exchange an item, given that it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. All original labels and tags must be attached.
If an item is returned damaged, the buyer is subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
